Ayesha Raza Farooq is a Pakistani politician and the Prime Minister’s Focal Point for Polio Eradication. She was a panelist on the Forum’s discussion about Eradicating Polio.
She was indirectly elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan on a reserved seats for women from Punjab in the Pakistani general election, 2013. She was elected to the Senate of Pakistan on a reserved seat for women in the Pakistani Senate election, 2015. She received her MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 1995 and received her L.L.B. degree from Punjab Law College and the University of Punjab in 2013.
