Daniel Ramos work for the Puerto Rico Primary Health Care Association as Alliance and Strategies on Health Institutions Specialist, he is the point of contact for the special population, and establish liaison with a different agency, national cooperative agreement and nonprofit organization. Some of them are Puerto Rico Department of Health, University of Puerto Rico Medical Science Campus, Cancer Comprehency Center, Department of Agriculture and Migrant Clinician Network.
He is also the person in charge of working with the emergency preparedness and is certified in Mental Health Fist Aid, CMS Emergency Preparedness Final Rule and other FEMA certification.
A graduate of University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, Master in Public Health Educator, University of Stanford certified Master Trainer chronic disease, University of Puerto Rico & Department of Health asthma instructor, Department of Health Counselor for HIV.
Work as point of contact for the special and vulnerable population offering technical assistance for the community health center in Puerto Rico. Some technical assistance are on Patient Center Medical Home care model, Emergency Preparedness, LGBTT, Zika and farm worker, Veterans homeless, Public Housing and lead a learning community of health educators, nurse, case management and social worker.
