David Morgan is the Washington healthcare policy correspondent for Reuters. During a long career with the international news agency, he has served in several capacities including White House correspondent and has specialized in numerous areas such as health and science, macroeconomics, financial markets, military affairs, intelligence and national security. A graduate of Syracuse University, he lives in suburban Maryland with his wife and son.
