Mike McLively tracks Second Amendment litigation and legislation nationwide as a Staff Attorney for the Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence.McLively attended the University of Virginia School of Law and worked as a corporate litigator for several years at Jones Day in San Francisco before joining the Law Center in 2013. The Law Center is the only national organization focused exclusively on providing comprehensive legal expertise in support of gun violence prevention and the promotion of smart gun laws to save lives.
